Mobility Assessment
Mobility assessment is performed for patients that are injured or who are suspected of having pain when they move.
Young, energetic pets often become acutely lame as a result of an active lifestyle. Whereas, senior pets are often evaluated as their gait becomes slow and stiff with age. In most cases of mobility changes, pain is involved and, the degree of pain experienced is unique to the individual's situation.
