Consultations with a doctor are available by appointment for medical and surgical concerns. Our receptionists will make every effort to set the appointment at a time convenient to you, bearing in mind the urgency with which your pet should be attended to. Emergency Services
In order to fulfill our commitment of providing the highest standard of care we can to our clients and their pets, we will be referring all after-hours emergencies to the three emergency hospitals in Ottawa. In doing so, all cases of a critical nature will receive outstanding, uninterrupted around the clock care. When our clinic is closed please call one of the following hospitals:
